To install the Football Manager Transfer Update by Passion4FM you will need to follow this step by step process;
- Download the zip files to your computer and extract the content of the files using WinRar or 7-Zip or other archiver tools.
- When you extract the pack you will see two files featured – Türkiye and “Passion4FM FM24 Transfer & Data Update“
- Move the files to this location:

- WINDOWS:
- IMPORTANT! To use these databases you need to start a new save!
- Start Football Manager 2024 and select the Career game mode.
- Click the 24.3.0 drop down button under Database in the top right corner and select the files of your preference. Click Confirm
- The Türkiye file will make the 2.Lig active and let you manage a team in the two sub-divisions as the file corrects the number of teams for 2024-25 season at the start of 2023 season. This file includes transfers done until October 27th, 2024.
- Choose the Passion4FM FM24 Transfer Update if you do not bother with activating the Turkish third division.
- Both files can be used together.
- In the next step choose the Original Game Mode
- Click Advanced Setup to select the nations and playable leagues of your preference along with the database size. Once finished, click Start Game.
- Enjoy your new save with all the latest real-life transfers on Football Manager 2024!
FAQ about Passion4FM’s FM24 Transfer Update
Will this transfer update change the start date to June 2024?
Due to the limiations of the FM24 Editor, it’s impossible to change the start date to June 2024. This means that this update will have the default start date in 2023 but give you the impression and experience of playing the 2024/25 season on FM24.
Why are some transfers & loans missing?
This project was started in October 2024 due to the delay of FM25. Since I’m only one person working on this file, I’m 100% sure there will be missing transfers or loans you might come about. To fully reflect world football, there are thousands of transfer changes happening around the world since 1st July 2024, something that would takes weeks or months to update on Football Manager 2024. If there are any transfer updates you wish to see done, please use the comments below or get in touch with us via DM on X.
Why aren’t the new UEFA European Competition format replicated in this database?
Unfortunately, the format of the UEFA European Competitions is hard-coded to be changed for 2024-25 season on Football Manager. I am not able to re-create the new UEFA Champions League format for 24/25 season in 2023 due, or remove the old format without messing up the database. This means that the old format for Champions League, Europa League and Conference League will be kept for the first season but automatically change to the new format for 24/25 season on FM24.
Why do some clubs have a point deduction?
I have hard-coded some point deductions for 23/24 season that I am unable to remove. Unfortunately, you will experience some clubs, such as Everton and Nottingham Forest starting with -4 and -6 points deducted.
